For bookings made through UplandParcs, the cancellation policy as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions applies: - Cancellations must be made in writing via email, including the booking number, to rent@uplandparcs.com.
- Cancellations can only be made by the main booker. If the email address used for the cancellation is unknown to us, proof must be provided that the sender is indeed the main booker known to us.
- The tenant may cancel a booking subject to the following cancellation fees:
- If the cancellation is made up to 29 days before arrival, 30% of the rental price (excluding additional costs such as bed linen & final cleaning) will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 28 days and 3 days before arrival, 60% of the rental price (excluding additional costs such as bed linen & final cleaning) will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made 2 days before arrival, 90% of the rental price (excluding additional costs such as bed linen & final cleaning) will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the rental price (excluding additional costs such as bed linen & final cleaning) will be charged.
Alternatively, you have the option to purchase our optional cancellation insurance during the booking process.
