We charge a deposit for all groups of 6 or more adults. Since we offer family-friendly accommodations, parties are not allowed. If you have booked, for example, a bachelor party, we offer you the option to cancel free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
We held the requested accommodation for you and were unable to rent it to other guests. Therefore, we charge a proportional cancellation fee for the lost income. Please read our cancellation policy.

The visitor’s card gives you access to various discounts and benefits, which vary depending on the park and location.
The tourist tax is a local government charge required in every designated holiday region.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations. The Wi-Fi code will be emailed to you one week before arrival and can also be found inside your accommodation.
Each holiday home and apartment includes one baby cot and one high chair free of charge. Additional baby cots and high chairs can be booked (subject to availability) via your “My UplandParcs” account.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, our house rules must be observed. You’ll find them in your “My UplandParcs” account and in your accommodation upon arrival.

Immediately after booking, you’ll receive access to your “My UplandParcs” account. There you can complete your online check-in, which must be done no later than 4 days before your arrival.
For your arrival, you’ll only need your access or key code, which will be sent to you via email. A personal check-in at the reception is not required.

The description of your holiday home or apartment clearly states the maximum number of guests. This number corresponds to the number of beds available and is also the maximum occupancy. Overoccupancy is not allowed, including for insurance reasons.
You can change the number of guests up to 4 days before arrival. Please inform us via email.
No, the maximum number of guests per accommodation cannot be exceeded. Extra beds are not allowed and are not available. For insurance reasons, bringing your own extra beds or similar items is also not permitted.
Towels can be added through your “My UplandParcs” account. A towel package (1 large & 1 small towel) costs €5.00 per person. In our apartments in Austria, towels are already included in the booking.
Some of our holiday homes and apartments allow up to 2 pets per unit. Please make sure to select a suitable accommodation during the booking process. Pets must be declared at the time of booking. A fee of €20.00 per stay applies.

Please vacate your accommodation by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you leave later, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. Please leave the accommodation tidy and sweep-clean. You’ll find more information about check-out procedures in the house rules inside the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left as agreed, we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning.
With your booking, you’ll automatically receive login details for your “My UplandParcs” account. There you can view your booking information, check accommodation details, enter the names of your fellow travellers, and make payments.

Yes, charging stations for electric vehicles are available at our holiday parks in Winterberg, Sauerland, and Montafon. Montafon has 1 charging point, Winterberg offers 2 (1 station), and the Sauerland park features 20 charging points (10 stations).
