In some parks, towels are already included (UplandParcs Montafon & UplandParcs Silvretta). In all other parks towels can be added via the "My UplandParcs" account.
Through your "My UplandParcs" account you can book various extras directly after booking.
Directly after your booking you will gain access to your "My UplandParcs" account. Here you have the option of online check-in at any time. This process must be completed at least 4 days before your arrival. The only thing you need upon arrival is your key code, which we have sent to you via e-mail. A personal check-in at the reception desk is not required.
You can select the desired cottage via "choose desired location" directly from the park map when booking via our website.
If the desired house is not displayed, it is already occupied.
No, we do not offer accommodations suitable for the disabled.

The description of your vacation home states the exact number of persons it is equipped for. That corresponds to the number of beds available as well as the maximum occupancy. Overbooking is not possible for insurance reasons.
A change in the number of persons is possible until 4 days before arrival. Please inform us about this by e-mail.
Unfortunately, the maximum number of persons indicated for the accommodation cannot be exceeded. Extra beds are not allowed and not available. Adding extra persons is not possible for insurance reasons. For the same reasons, you are not allowed to bring extra beds or anything similar with you.
Towels can be booked directly through your "My UplandParcs" account. For a towel package (1 large & 1 small towel) we charge 5,00 Euro per person. In our apartments in Austria towels are already included in the booking.
In some vacation homes and apartments, a maximum of 2 pets per accommodation unit are allowed. When booking, please make sure that the accommodation is suitable. Pets must be specified at the time of booking. We charge 20,00 Euro per pet.

We would be happy to create a voucher code for a monetary amount of your choice. Please contact us directly for this purpose.
Please note that the payment method and possible payment dates also depend on the time period between booking and arrival. During your online booking you will receive more information about this.

We offer the following payment methods for bookings:

Unfortunately, payment on site is not possible. However, you can always make a payment from your "My UplandParcs" account.

No, after your booking, a deposit of 30% of the tour price must be paid within 7 working days. You can pay the balance until 4 weeks before arrival.
We do not send out dedicated notifications about pending payments. When you log into your "My UplandParcs" account, you can look up the date the payment is due.
There is no payment fee. However, your credit company may charge a standard fee.
In your "My UplandParcs" account you can check your payments. Please note that for organizational reasons it takes about 7 business days until your payment is visible there.
We do not send invoices. You can view your invoice amounts and payments in your "My UplandParcs" account.
Until your bank transfer (this includes Klarna & iDeal) becomes visible in your "my UplandParcs account", a processing time of about 7 business days is required. Other payment methods are visible immediately.
We charge a deposit for all groups of 6 adults or more. Since we offer parks and vacation apartments for families, parties are not allowed with us. If you have made a booking e.g. for a bachelor party or similar we offer you the option to cancel your booking free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
We have reserved the desired apartment/vacation home for you and could not rent it to other guests. Therefore, we charge this loss of income on a percentage basis. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your payment to be processed by us. If you have already made your payment before this period, please send us a corresponding proof of payment by e-mail.
In your "My UplandParcs" account you will find all information about your accommodation.

As initial equipment you will receive a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, dishwashing tabs and washing-up sponges on arrival.
In each apartment & cottage there is a baby crib and a baby high chair. Those are available to you free of charge. Additional baby cribs and baby high chairs can be booked via your "My UplandParcs" account, depending on availability.
You can use free wifi in all accommodations. The wifi code will be sent to you by e-mail one week before arrival and is available in your accommodation.
To make the stay in our vacation homes and apartments as pleasant as possible for all guests, guests must comply with the rules of conduct, which are set out in the house rules. You can view these in the "My UplandParcs" account and upon arrival at your vacation home/apartment.

With your booking you will automatically receive the login data for your "My UplandParcs" account. Here you can view all the data of your booking, read information about the accommodation, enter names of people traveling with you and make payments.
You can reset the password and choose a new one by yourself.
Please check that you are using the correct email address. You can reset and change the password by yourself at any time. If the problem still occurs, please contact us by phone.
You can access your booking data at any time after logging in to your "My UplandParcs" Account. You will also receive confirmations by e-mail. We do not send mail for various reasons, including ecological ones.
Arrival is possible on any day of the week, subject to availability. Exceptions are vacation periods and public holidays, where specific days may have been set as arrival days.
Please enter the names of the persons traveling with you in your "My UplandParcs" account up to 4 days before arrival. You have already received the information about the key or key code from us by e-mail 7 days before arrival.

You will receive all the information about your arrival 7 days before your arrival to the e-mail address you have provided.
Directions will be emailed with arrival information 7 days prior to arrival.

You can move into your accommodation from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
When booking, and in your "My UplandParcs" account, you can book an early check-in if this option is available at the time. If you do not see this option, this is unfortunately not possible within the selected period.
The information on how to get your key or key code is available in the arrival information, which we will send you 7 days before arrival by e-mail.
If the persons are registered as traveling with you and have received all the required arrival information from you, this is possible.
Since you arrive autonomously, your arrival can take place at any time starting from 15:00.
For each vacation home / apartment, there is at least one allotted free parking space available in the immediate vicinity, which is marked as such. For the exact number of parking spaces, please refer to the accommodation description (you can view this in your "My UplandParcs" account after booking).
In order to issue the spa cards for all persons correctly, we need the information of the persons traveling with you. Also, the registration law requires us to obtain this information from you.

The tourist tax is a tax levied in each resort by the responsible municipality.
With the tourist card you get various discounts, which vary depending on park and location.

In some Parcs we offer a bread service. You can find more information in your "My UplandParcs" account.
The opening hours of the reception (not available in all Parcs) can be found in your "My UplandParcs" account. You can also look up the opening hours on site directly at the reception building.
Only a limited number of parking spaces are available for our apartments & cottages. We do not offer additional parking spaces. We recommend to inform yourself before arrival about the parking situation on site.
If you damage or break anything, please inform UplandParcs (by phone or e-mail) so we can arrange for a replacement.

In the vacation parks Winterberg and Sauerland as well as in Montafon there are charging stations for electric vehicles. In Montafon there is 1 port, in Ferienpark Winterberg there are 2 ports (1 column), and in Ferienpark Sauerland there are 20 ports (10 columns).
Please leave the apartment on the day of departure no later than at 10 am. If you are late, we reserve the right to charge you. You will be informed about the departure 1 week before arrival and in the house rules, which can be viewed in your "My UplandParcs" account and are available in the accommodations.
This may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us directly.
In this case you are welcome to extend your stay by one night. Please contact us for this purpose.
When booking and in your "My UplandParcs" account you can book a late checkout if this is offered at the time. If you do not see this option, this is unfortunately not possible at the selected period.
Please leave the accommodation tidy and broom clean. More information about departure you will find directly in the accommodation of the corresponding house rules. If you do not leave your accommodation in the agreed upon state, you will be charged extra cleaning costs.
