Your accommodation is located in the annex, just a ten-minute walk from UplandParcs Winterberg.

Spanning two floors, this modern 92 m² holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious getaway! It enjoys a prime location right in Winterberg. The ski area (with 27 km of slopes), the Kappe adventure mountain, the bike park, and Winterberg’s charming town center are all easily accessible on foot. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails are also right on your doorstep, inviting you to explore the area.

The bright living and dining area features a comfortable sofa, a modern TV, and a large dining table with seating for up to six people. 

Relax on your private terrace with a freshly prepared Jacuzzi.

Your private terrace offers even more highlights: a Jacuzzi for 2–4 people—fully cleaned, freshly filled, and hygienically treated before your arrival so you can relax as soon as it heats up. You’ll also find a comfortable lounge set, a high-quality dining area with a table for six, and a Bastard BBQ Egg for cozy barbecue evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: oven, dishwasher, stovetop, kettle, both filter and Nespresso coffee machines, plus all necessary crockery and cutlery. Everything is provided to make you feel right at home!
The accommodation features three bedrooms, each furnished with two comfortable box-spring beds.
A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, along with a separate guest toilet, ensures added convenience.

A heated storage room is also available, equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. Cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts also have access to secure storage for bicycles and ski equipment.
The accommodation includes three parking spaces, ensuring you can always park conveniently and with plenty of room.

Naturally, you have access to the central facilities at UplandParcs Winterberg. These include, among other things, the reception, a fresh bread roll delivery service, the playground, and EV charging stations.

Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and stag/hen parties/celebrations. In the event of noise disturbance, you may be denied access to the accommodation. We charge a deposit of two hundred euros per booking for groups of 6 or more people. The deposit does not apply if children are participating in the trip.
